Amai Zuze is the widow of the legendary Mestizo - Mozambican chef Kapira Zuze. She is an excellent  cook and her Zuze style steak and egg breakfast is mouth-watering. Amai Zuze still holds the record with Amai Charles Fencer for the most paprika picked by one person in a day.
